I absolutely love these for myself for mood, anxiety, motivation and focus. I take these before coffee, it's a must have! It blends nicely with L-theanine and ashwagandha. I like these specifically because of the 2.5mg dosage option. I can easily adjust or titrate when needed with ease.A NOTE OF CAUTION: one of my children had a terrible allergic reaction with burning itchy hives all over his body with just 1 gummie. Benadryl and oatmeal bath helped. But this is a common possible side effect fo…r lithium orotate supplements in general, not just this brand. These lithium Oriotate Gummies by Flamingo, pack 60, surprised me, in a good way.I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Also, I’m aware of the placebo affect, so, even having some “expectation” can affect the outcome. Nevertheless, I determined to have a neutral attitude, an open mind, if you will. That may not be scientific, but as a reviewer, I have to make a serious effort to do so.I’m happy to report that these really do work, in a subtle way, in helping to even out my mood, provide a more …calm, soothing energy and I feel happier, more productive and “on the right path”. This is a mind-blower for me and couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m really pleased with that observation. BTW, that’s not easy to say, as I’ve had a lot of stress the last several weeks and felt really down. At the same time, I’ve maintained and even increased my already substantial workout regimen, and all the while, having an erratic sleep schedule, from time to time, with the resulting unhealthy effects on mind and body.I’ve tested it, somewhat, by not taking the gummies for a couple days, then taking them for a couple days and just noting the differences, if any. I take two in the morning. I did the two days on/two days off cycles a few times, again, no doubt not scientific, but it seemed to come into focus after a couple times. The third time it was unmistakeable. Yet, the skeptic in me is very hesitant to come out and admit that.These worked to help subtly lift my mood, wiping away a fog and even brightening my outlook, even when things were very hard and stressful. So thankful for that. I find that I am more productive, back to my “better” old self, setting goals, making plans, laughing, connecting with others, especially my spouse, helping more around the house and being more positive and supporting of others, as well as forgiving others. Less quick to judge/react, lose my temper or think negatively about myself or others. Its a beautiful thing!Negative thinking still comes in, from time to time, but doesn’t settle down and get comfy, like before. I don’t have a give and take relationship with it, i.e., I don’t “feed” it. Instead, I “observe” it, and lately, even laugh at it. That’s new.Three things immediately come to mind concerning taking this longer, possibly long term.1. What are the side effects, if any?2. Is it habit forming or addictive?3. Are there any contraindications, especially regarding heart medications?I’ll be doing some research to find out what I can. In the meantime, I’m very pleased with this product. It’s been a positive experience for me. The gummies are dry, not sticky and can come out individually into your palm. OK, sometimes a couple stick together. They smell nice, (artificial strawberry-ish), but not unpleasant at all. They are moderately hard and chewy, which I like.At this point, I feel like its safe enough for me and I’ll continue taking these daily. I’m very hesitant to recommend such things for others, mainly because I don’t know their situation, but also, I’m not in a position to offer such personal advice. My son was diagnose with mild autism and ADHD, and I didn’t wanted to medicate him. So we are using some alternative supplements and this is one of those. He doesn’t taste anything other than the flavor.

I absolutely love this brand, I have tried almost all of their supplements and I use them daily. This product in specific has a good taste and a good texture. FYI this brand don’t cause breakouts in the face, I’m very sensitive when it comes about gummies but I know using this brand I’m safe. I highly recommend.

I hate when people review product that they just got (I want results!) but that’s what I’m doing because of the reviews saying it tasted bad. I got these for my daughter and she is incredibly picky. I can’t tell you how many things I bought that she won’t take. She ate them and I tried one too. They are incredibly delicious! As far as the effect only time will tell. I will update.

I am an empath as well as an HSP (highly sensitive person) and lately have been suffering from anxiety, depression and apathy. What is a women to do? I am a firm believer in natural supplements, most issues can be helped with herbs/vitamins. After taking 1 gummy, within 1 hour I had energy and felt very content and happy! I did not feel off or jittery, it felt very natural. The tase is pretty good (fruity) and I felt better within the hour after taking it (I usually need a nap after 2PM and cof…fee and that was not needed after taking it. Of course supplements effect everyone diifferently, you may need to take more than one to feel a difference.

I felt more relaxed after taking a serving of these lithium orotate gummies. I was so relaxed that I could have very easily fallen asleep within a minute of closing my eyes.
